Delete your account

You can permanently delete your anonymous Mow Coach account data and local report history from inside the app.

In the Mow Coach app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account and data.
  3. Confirm Delete everything.

This deletes the anonymous service account, report history and thumbnails stored on that device, and any remaining uploaded lawn media. The action cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email [email protected] with the approximate date of your last analysis and your device platform. Because Mow Coach does not collect an account email, we may be unable to identify anonymous data without information from the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting Mow Coach data does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent renewal.
